How to Recognize If a Chakra Is Unbalanced?


If you feel out of sorts in any way — physically, psychologically, or spiritually –it signifies that a chakra is out of balance. Any of the symptoms listed could indicate a chakra imbalance on some level:

  • Pain or discomfort in the body

  • Immunity is weakened

  • Problems with mental health

  • Stress is at an all-time high

All of these signs point to the fact that energy is changing and releasing.

2. Get back in touch with nature


When you feel worried, uneasy, ungrounded, or tired, it's likely due to an imbalanced root chakra at the base of the spine. The physical symptoms usually damage your skeletal or immunological system.

It's essential to have a healthy root chakra so that you can feel grounded without being rigid. Interacting with the earth's energies by spending time outside and practicing walking on the land with your bare feet to get its negative ions could help to bring these difficulties back into balance.

3. Practice with sound healing


Consider a sound bath in addition to a normal bath (which is also beneficial for chakra balancing). Each chakra focuses on a different sound frequency. These sounds' vibrations could help eliminate energy blocks and promote a healthy flow of energy throughout your chakras.

4. Practice chants that will help to balance your chakras

5. Meditate on the colors of the chakras

As you draw these various hue locations to mind, take a deep breath into each, allowing that energy to grow with each inhalation.
