There is no such thing as coincidence when it comes to the cycles or the principles of Ayurveda. They show that the person has a thorough knowledge of astrophysics and how the forces that work in the universe as a whole affect our bodies. "As in the macrocosm, so in the microcosm" is a saying that helps us understand Ayurveda. We should always keep this in mind. In Sanskrit, this idea is called "Yat Pinde, tat Brahmande." "As it is in the world out there, so it is in the body here," is a statement that compares the macrocosm to the microcosm.
There seem to be three cycles that happen over and over again in nature. Each one is motivated by a different action that is similar to how our bodies work.

1st Cycle:
The revolution of the earth around its own axis causes the first cycle, which is called the solar cycle. This makes day and night repeat. This kind of understanding comes from the pineal gland in the brain. It releases a range of chemicals, which include melatonin, and starts a domino effect of signals that travel along the hypothalamic-pituitary intersection. These are the opinions, feelings, and actions that happen all over the body when hormone levels, neurotransmitter systems, and chemicals work together. This makes a complicated web of ways to talk to each other. Dinacharya and ratricharya are two Ayurvedic ideas that come into play here ( Daily and nightly regimen). These rules are very carefully made to fit with the sun's cycle throughout the day. They tell you when to wake up, eat, meditate, have sexual relations, and take a nap, among other things. Modern medicine has only recently discovered how crucial it is to match the 24-hour cycles of our bodies to the organic circadian rhythms.
2nd Cycle:
During the second cycle, the moon goes all the way around the earth one time. The gravitational attraction of the moon causes the cyclic tides of the seas, which are caused by the friction force link of water with the earth's magnetic field throughout the ocean floors as well as the inertia of water's movement. The phases of the moon have a big effect on how we feel. We are more likely to notice these differences when there is a full moon or a new moon. It also happens at the same time as a menstrual cycle and the hormone levels changes that come with it, which can happen to both men and women.

3rd Cycle:
The third process in the sequence shows how the earth moves in its orbit around the sun. It causes the seasons and the natural environment to change, which in turn causes perennial flowering plants and herbaceous plants to go through cycles of dying and growing back. Throughout the year, the rhythmic patterns of the trees, animals, fields, and water all change. We can notice these changes in our environment because our senses and the fires inside our bodies let us. When the temperatures are low, these internal flames are stronger, and when the temperatures are high, they are not as strong. So, the Ayurvedic texts talked about Rutucharya, which is the seasonal schedule, and how the four seasons affect the doshas and the elements.
Conclusion:
Aligning your body with nature allows you to open up to the changes which are constantly happening in nature and adapt to them without facing the consequences for the same. This has additional benefits as well like hormonal balance, diet, weight management, nervous system management, and healthy organ functioning. As the human age progresses, it becomes all the more crucial to get their bodies aligned with the changes in nature to ensure that they continue to live a longer, more peaceful, and healthy life.
