1. The aggressive behavior of Lakshmana


Lakshmana was a very combative man. Lakshmana's quick temper and restlessness contrasted with Rama's calmness. Lakshmana is headstrong, dedicated, and short-tempered since he is Lord Shesha's incarnation. He hated wrongdoing. Lakshmana cried nonstop till he was held by Rama. Only Rama could calm him down, and he never disobeyed him.


2. The Sita's Birth


During that historical period, the Kingdom of Mithila was suffering from a terrible drought. Concerned, farmers and locals communicated their sadness to King Janaka. King Janaka dug the desolate land. While digging, he found Sita, since King Janaka was childless, he immediately adopted Sita as his daughter.


3. Makardhwaja, the son of Hanuman

Lord Hanuman is a Brahmachari. He served Sri Rama his whole life. Hanuman was dispatched to Lanka as Sita's messenger. Later, he sets the Kingdom ablaze with his tail, causing devastation. He rested on the huge sea while traveling back from Lanka to calm down. Water creatures absorbed his tears (reproductive fluid). Makardhwaja was Hanuman's son. He didn't know until he met his son at Patal Loka.


4. Hanuman is Shiva's incarnation.

Hanuman is Shiva's 11th Rudra incarnation. Lord Brahma felt Shiva should incarnate to aid Rama to defeat evil when Lord Vishnu became Ram. Kesari and Anjana had a son. After meeting Ram, he helped him. The Gods already had this planned out.   Hanuman's sole purpose was to serve Rama. Hanuman stands for commitment and loyalty.


5. The tale of Sampadik and Jatayu

Both Jatayu and Sampadik belonged to the family of Aruna, and they were Garuda's nephews. They figured prominently in the Ramayana. Jatayu saw Ravan kidnap Sita first. He didn't see this coming and fought Ravan to rescue Sita. Ravan chopped off Jatayu's wings, and he died. Rama and Lakshmana cremated him according to human funeral traditions.

Sampadik promised to help Rama after hearing how Jatayu fought Ravan. Jatayu received tilanjali. Sampadik led the Vaanar sena to where Ravan kidnapped Sita in Lanka. He also stated that Sita was confined in Ashok Vatika.


6. Nandi's curse on Ravan

Ravan once visited Lord Shiva, whom he adored. Nandi, Shiva's bull-faced attendant, wouldn't let him in while Shiva and Parvati flirted. Ravan insulted Nandi and Shiva, which enraged Nandi. Nandi cursed Ravan's death on monkeys. Ravan was enraged and tried to raise Mount Kailash, but was trapped by Shiva. He spent thousands of years doing hymns and penances for Shiva. Shiva rewarded his devotion with a mighty weapon.

7. The history of Sabari

Sabari, another Hindu epic figure, is devoted. She was blind and waited for Rama to get Moksha. With her stick, she's collected berries for Rama for years. She tastes each berry and gives Rama the best. Such is her longtime daily routine. Sabari symbolizes the unending wait. Her berries showed dedication. Rama also gives her vision and a bowl-growing tree.


8. The Ramayana has different versions

Ramayana has 300 variants. The oldest known version of the Ramayana is the Sanskrit text credited to Narada Muni. Maharishi Valmiki later wrote the current epic version using the wisdom passed down from Muni to him. Different versions of the Hindu epic are available worldwide.


9. Vali's narrative

Vali and Sugreev were Surya's sons. Brahma blessed Vali to get half of his opponent's power in combat. He was unbeatable. He had defeated Ravan and carried him for days in his armpit. When Vali and Sugreev fought, Rama backed Sugreev. When Vali and Sugreev started fighting, Rama hid and used his bow to kill Vali. As he dies, Vali encourages Angad to assist Rama and continue in his uncle's footsteps.


10. Lord Vishnu was cursed by Narada

Narada was a penitent sage. Indra was scared and asked Vishnu to break his holiness. Vishnu became Mohini to lure Narada. Narada was anxious to attend the lass's Swayamvara. He asked Lord Vishnu for his wonderful looks that day. Vishnu nodded and stated he would help Narada. He reached the Swayamvara site unaware that Vishnu had given him a monkey-like visage.

In the ceremony, Narada with a monkey face is made fun of, and when he looks in the mirror, he becomes upset. He curses Vishnu, telling him that the monkey face can only be of assistance to him while he is in human form, and that, as the way he was split up from Mohini, he will also be split up from his love. Soon later, Mohini appears in the true form of Vishnu, and Narada feels remorse for cursing him.
